Potsdam: Kollegium B.E.R.M., 1989. No binding. Four vertical sheets of four postcards adjoined by perforated edges. Each postcard measuring 14 x 10 cm (5.5 x 3.9") and printed in black at recto and verso on card stock, with four postcards rubber-stamped in dark blue and pink color gradations. Includes one A3 sheet xeroxed in black at recto on white paper stock, folded three times, and one A4 sheet xeroxed in black at recto on white paper stock, folded twice. All housed in original C6 mailing envelope. Text primarily in German, some French and English.

Exhibition catalog in the form of adjoined artists’ postcards and documentation for one of the largest mail art exhibitions in the GDR, held March 1–28, 1989, at Galerie Blick in Potsdam. Organized by the artists’ cooperative B.E.R.M. in Berlin, the exhibition featured 198 contributors from eighteen countries. Participants included Artpool [György Galántai and Júlia Klaniczay], Guy Bleus, Nenad Bogdanovic, Paulo Bruscky, Klaus Groh, Clemente Padín, Pawel Petasz, Robert Rehfeldt, Karla Sachse, Klaus Staeck, Andrej Tisma, Tatomir Toroman, and Edgardo Antonio Vigo, among several others.

Envelope opened at top with back flap now detached, with postage franking, stamps, and signs of mailing. Postcards, poster, and sheet with trace amounts of age toning and fold lines. Very good.
