N.p. N.p., 1980. No binding. Three sheets of handwoven paper measuring 21 x 29.5 cm (8.27 x 11.6"), two printed in black and dark green, and one printed in black. All titled, signed, and dated by the artist in pencil at verso.

Three original prints by Czech artist Pavel Holous from his ‘topografia’ series, surveying various elements in nature that are conceptually reimagined and diagrammed into new elements with Latin titles, designating their original source. Holouš studied painting under Jirí Valoch in Brno, who wrote an introduction in Holous’ related artists’ book ‘topografie ix–xv/blansko,’ published in 1981.

Faint rippling at top of sheets, presumably from the papermaking process, with trace amounts of age toning at top and right margins, bumps to corners, and a small area of staining at upper right corner of one print. Very good.
