Poster for Meta-Art

Paris: Np, 1960s. Folded poster measuring 50 x 65.3 cm (19.625 x 25.7") printed in neon green ink on thin white stock. Text in French.

A poster by the French artist, writer, critic, and teacher who was only active as an artist for a few years in the late 1960s alongside Henri Chopin, Jean-François Bory, Julien Blaine, Paul-Armand Gette, and Christiane Frougny. Together with Yves Charnay, Claude Portail, Georges Aperghis, Gérard Frémy, and Luc Boyer, he was one of the founders of the interdisciplinary art group Meta-Art which focused on the avant-garde.

Very good with handling creases, and small area of offset rubbing along right margin. Folded four times for mailing. Item #379
