Amsterdam: Stedelijk Museum (SM), 1961. Saddle-stapled large 8vo in printed wraps, with pages printed in black and white. Unpaginated (24 pp.) Text in Dutch. Trace of sunning along margins, small crease at bottom right tip of front cover, offset rubbing to last page on account of the heavy use of blank ink on inside rear cover, and rust to staples, else very good.
