An artists’ book, by the founder of poema/processo, featuring a body of concrete poetry exploring the delicate relationship between numbers and words, and their infinite arrangements, combinations, and possibilities. The work was originally created in 1960/1961, and the inside cover states the book was published on the 30-year anniversary of Wlademir Dias-Pino’s seminal artists’ book ‘A Ave,’ and 24 years after ‘Solida.’ It further states ‘Numéricos’ is meant to serve as a bridge between the two experiences. Complete with an accompanying supplement by Alvaro de Sá, originally written in 1969, providing additional context.
