Fifth issue of Guy Schraenen’s publication Libellus, of which there were twelve published between 1980–1981 leading up to the Antwerp International Mail-Art Festival which resulted in one of the larger mail art exhibitions of the 1980s. The festival ended up getting a large number of participants from artists around the world, including Guy Bleus, Paulo Bruscky, Ulises Carrión, Robert Filliou, György Galántai, Michael Gibbs, J. H. Kocman, Miroljub Todorovic, Endre Tot, Clemente Padín, Bern Porter, and Ben Vautier among several others.

Very good or better with a few handling creases and three hard fold lines. Item #719
