Artists’ book by the Dutch visual and concrete poet Hans Clavin on the repeating nature of history featuring the same typescript concrete poem printed throughout. This example from the third edition of this title by Hans Clavin published by Clavin’s imprint Subvers-Press in Amsterdam in 1971. The first edition was published by Subvers-Press in IJmuiden in 1968 and consisted of 25 examples. Second and third edition also published by Subvers-Press in 1970 and 1971 respectively, but in Amsterdam, and consisted of 300 examples in each edition. The fourth edition was published in a larger format in 125 examples by C. J. Aarts in Amsterdam in 1973 and numbered 626–750.
