Vol. 2 No. 8 of the monthly bulletin focusing on the use of rubberstamps in the arts. Most of which were edited by Aart van Barneveld, with this special issue edited by Ulises Carrión, coinciding with the ‘Artists’ Postage Stamps and Cancellation Stamps Exhibition,’ which Carrión also curated. Includes an essay along the margins by the editor titled ‘PERSONAL WORLDS OR CULTURAL STRATEGIES?’ written from the Other Books and So Archive in 1979. Illustrated throughout the middle portion with photographs of mail art from around the world alongside several rubber stamps by various artists. The exhibition featured over one-hundred-and-fifty participants from twenty-five countries, including Eduard Bal, John Baldessari, Anna Banana, Vittore Barone, Peter Below, Peter Brattinga, Paulo Bruscky, Robin Crozier, Betty Danon, John Furnival, György Galántai, Johan van Geluwe, Ko de Jonge, Alison Knowles, George Maciunas, Raúl Marroquín, G. G. Marx-Vigo, Tom Ockerse, Genesis P-Orridge, Robert & Ruth Rehfeldt, Dieter Roth, Guy Schraenen, Endre Tót, and Falves Silva among several others.
